1. Platform Ownership & Operating Entity

Staff Payroll is a global market-entry and compliance platform owned and operated by Staff Payroll Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore.

All services accessed through the Staff Payroll platform are contracted with Staff Payroll Pte. Ltd., unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. 

2. Service Delivery Model

Staff Payroll Pte. Ltd. provides a centralized platform and service framework to support companies entering new markets. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Company incorporation and setup coordination
• Corporate secretarial support
• Payroll and HR administration
• Accounting, tax filing, and audit coordination
• Employee mobility and visa application support

To deliver these services efficiently and compliantly, Staff Payroll Pte. Ltd. engages qualified local professional firms as subcontracted service providers in the relevant jurisdictions. 

3. Role of Local Partners

Local partners engaged through the Staff Payroll platform are independent professional service providers licensed under their respective local laws.

• Partners perform services on behalf of Staff Payroll Pte. Ltd. within their jurisdiction
• Partners do not contract directly with clients unless explicitly required by local regulation
• Staff Payroll Pte. Ltd. remains the primary contractual interface for clients 

4. Jurisdictional Compliance & Local Regulation

Regulatory requirements, professional standards, and statutory obligations vary by country. Certain services may be subject to mandatory local licensing, government approvals, or statutory filings.

While Staff Payroll Pte. Ltd. coordinates and manages service delivery, regulatory outcomes are determined solely by the relevant authorities and local laws.

5. Fees & Commercial Structure

Clients are billed directly by Staff Payroll Pte. Ltd. under the agreed service contract. Staff Payroll Pte. Ltd., in turn, compensates local partners for services rendered in accordance with commercial arrangements between LocalCompaly Pte. Ltd. and the partner.

Government fees, statutory charges, and third-party disbursements may be billed separately where applicable.  

6. Data Protection & Cross-Border Processing

Staff Payroll is designed with data protection and regulatory compliance in mind. Employee, corporate, and financial data is processed and stored in accordance with applicable data residency and data protection laws in each relevant jurisdiction.

 

 

Where local laws require data to be stored or processed within a specific country, Staff Payroll and its service partners will ensure local data residency is maintained. Cross-border data access or processing is conducted only where legally permitted and subject to appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards. 

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Staff Payroll Pte. Ltd. does not guarantee: 

• Government approvals
• Processing timelines
• Visa or work pass approvals
• Tax authority assessments
• Audit conclusions

All such outcomes are subject to third-party authorities and regulatory bodies.  

8. Policy Updates

This Global Policy may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory developments, platform enhancements, or operational changes.
