These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of our payroll and related HR services. By engaging our services or accessing related service platforms, you agree to the terms set out below, which are intended to ensure clear responsibilities, transparency, and effective service delivery.

1. Scope of Services

Our services include payroll processing and related HR support activities as agreed with the client. Services are delivered based on information provided by the client and within agreed timelines and service parameters.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

 

  • Providing complete, accurate, and timely information required for payroll and HR processing
  • Reviewing payroll outputs and confirming approvals within agreed cut-off times
  • Ensuring authorised users maintain the confidentiality of access credentials

 

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or non-compliance arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

3. Access & Use

Access to service platforms or tools provided in connection with our services is limited to authorised users and intended solely for legitimate business purposes. Any unauthorized access, misuse, or attempt to interfere with service operations is prohibited.

4. Service Delivery & Availability

We aim to deliver services in accordance with agreed schedules and timelines. However, service delivery may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including system maintenance, regulatory changes, or unforeseen technical issues. Indicative timelines are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat all client and employee information as confidential and handle data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Details on data handling and security measures are set out in our Data Protection & Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, documentation, templates, and materials developed or provided by us in connection with the services remain our intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use such materials solely for their internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the provision of services. Our liability, if any, is limited in accordance with the terms agreed in the applicable service agreement.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be made available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. This shall not affect the application of mandatory local employment, tax, or payroll laws in the jurisdictions where services are provided.
